What you eat matters when you’re living with cancer. Nutrition can help you maintain strength and manage treatment side effects, supporting your health during treatment and long into survivorship.
At the Taste of Wellness House Nutrition Fair, oncology dietitians and other leading experts will show you how to put that knowledge into practice. Learn how to build a cancer-supportive way of eating, understand the role of protein, stock a more nourishing pantry, make healthier choices when convenience matters, and gain practical cooking skills you can use every day.
This FREE major Wellness House event happens only once every other year.
Bring the kids, too. The Nutrition Fair Kids Corner gives children ages 5–14 their own hands-on experience with gardening, movement, cooking and food demonstrations, crafts, games, snacks and more while adults participate in the fair.
Whether you’re in treatment, finished with treatment, living with cancer long-term, or supporting someone through their cancer experience, this day is for you.
Registration is required and space is limited. This special event is offered only every other year, so reserve your place early while space is available.
Programs will also be offered in Spanish.
Register to attend the Nutrition Fair using the MindBody “Register” Button below.
Register for Spanish programs on Oct. 3
