We are currently seeking a strong leader to fill the position of Director of Programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time, salaried, exempt role supervises a team of Program Managers, Community Relations Manager, and Program Associate.

Summary of Position:
A member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Programs provides leadership, direction, and management of all programs at Wellness House. The Director of Programs guides the program team in translating current research and oncology trends into needs-based programs aligned with the strategic direction of Wellness House. This position oversees and participates in program development, delivery, and evaluation, as well as staff supervision. The Program Director collaborates with fellow directors to ensure the fulfillment of the mission of Wellness House. The Program Director serves as liaison to the Program Committee of the Board of Directors and represents Wellness House to external program partners.

Summary of Position:
The Oncology Support Counselor provides direct psychosocial support to individuals and families living with cancer. The Oncology Support Counselor is responsible for facilitating support groups, providing individual consultation and counseling, and leading workshops and classes for individuals diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers. Counseling may be held at Wellness House, partner locations, or online.  With the Program Manager, this role is responsible for planning and coordinating partner programs for people affected by cancer and maintaining productive professional relationships with hospital, medical, and community partners.  Additionally, the Oncology Support Counselor contributes ideas and feedback regarding program development and evaluation.

Summary of Position:

The Temporary Marketing Assistant will assist the Marketing Communications Manager by coordinating and executing ongoing projects and initiatives. This position will assist with the execution of marketing plans, delivering messaging that compels individuals to become engaged with Wellness House—as participants, donors, volunteers, and professionals offering their services. The described position will include additional supportive tasks as needed for the Development and Marketing Department.
This is a remote position with periods of in-office or on-location work. Portions of onboarding will be scheduled at Wellness House. Other projects will require in office or on location work
(approximately 5%).
