Meet Diana Branton

A woman with long black hair, wearing a black V-neck top and gold necklace, stands outdoors in front of a tree and brick wall, smiling at the camera—radiating the warmth and confidence of someone who could be among today’s leading cancer wellness experts.

    Director of Marketing and Communications

As Director of Marketing and Communications at Wellness House, Diana leads the organization’s brand, storytelling, public relations and digital marketing, with a focus on helping more people find the cancer support available to them. Diana brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership and communications experience, including humanitarian work in the Middle East, as well as a creative career spanning media, public relations and more than 30 film productions. Across that work, she has remained drawn to finding the human story inside something complex and telling it in a way that makes people care. At Wellness House, Diana brings that perspective to the experiences of people living with cancer and those who care for them, while using research and data to better understand who Wellness House is reaching and who may still be missing from the conversation. Her connection to the mission is shaped by her own family’s experience with cancer and an understanding of what compassionate support can mean during an extraordinarily difficult time. Originally from New Orleans, Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Southeastern Louisiana University. Outside of work, she is usually somewhere near music, writing, comedy or art, and spending time with her family and their beagle, Quill.
