Wellness House Programs
Welcome! It’s easy to start taking care of the whole you.
Explore a wide range of In-Person and Online sessions, including Information & Education, Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management, Child & Family Programs, Support Groups & Counseling, and Unique Boutique sessions. All programs are offered at no cost and are open to individuals who are newly diagnosed, in treatment, post-treatment, as well as caregivers and family members.
Please note: Wellness House offers both Online and In-person programs. Online classes are designated by O, and In-Person classes by IP in the class list below. These sessions are live and interactive. If you’re looking for on-demand content, visit “On-Demand Webinars and Videos” to explore pre-recorded sessions at your convenience.
To Register: Select the date and time from one of the program categories below and click the “Register” button. You can also view program descriptions in the details section for each class. You will be prompted to create an account or log in with our registration site, Mindbody Online. Classes are available in person at our man location in Hinsdale, online, and at our partner locations throughout Chicagoland.*
