      Simple Stress Management Techniques

        In this introductory session, participants will learn practical, easy-to-use strategies for managing everyday stress. The class will cover simple breathing exercises, gentle movement, grounding techniques, and ways to calm the mind in moments of overwhelm. This program is located at OSF Little Company of Mary, 9374 California Street, Evergreen Park.

        Equitable Cancer Care Summit: Community Engaged Supportive Oncology and Survivorship

          Join leaders across clinical, community, and supportive oncology settings for a half-day summit focused on advancing equitable cancer care through collaboration and community engagement. The program will explore how supportive oncology and survivorship care are strengthened when we intentionally partner with communities, integrate psychosocial care, and elevate the impact of community health workers.
