A Special Event for Cancer Survivors & Caregivers
Join us for Mind Body Fest, a relaxing and restorative experience created especially for cancer survivors and caregivers. This special event offers the chance to sample short, guided sessions from a variety of stress relieving and mind body practices, helping you discover what best supports your well-being.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from Dr. Jaime Lewis, dual board physician in lifestyle medicine and palliative medicine and certified yoga therapist. Dr. Lewis’s keynote presentation Beyond the Nap: Redefining Rest When Living with Cancer-Related Fatigue will provide participants with the opportunity to learn how “normal” tiredness differs from cancer-related fatigue and inspiration to take a fresh perspective on rest and integrate holistic rest into your daily life.
After Dr. Lewis’ presentation, stay to take part in sessions including Tai Chi, Breathwork and Therapeutic yoga for stress relief. A light meal will be served.
