Community Oncology Dietitian
Emily assists in creating and delivering nutrition programs including cooking demonstrations, individual nutrition consultations, evidence-based nutrition presentations, and side effect management. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kalamazoo College and a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a licensed and registered dietitian and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Emily is passionate about helping participants incorporate their cultural foods and personal preferences into cancer nutrition recommendations.
