That’s why we offer free, comprehensive programs designed specifically for men like you. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, navigating treatment, or living in survivorship, you don’t have to face this alone. Join us for in-person and online programs that bring connection, clarity, and strength to every step of your journey.

Prostate Cancer Connections gives people the opportunity to meet with others experiencing the same type of cancer. The purpose is to exchange information and strategies for navigating the cancer experience. Share stories, ask questions, and connect with others who understand. We’re glad you’re here. We’re here for those who are newly diagnosed, in treatment and post-treatment, plus caregivers and families. To help you familiarize yourself with Wellness House’s vast programming, join us for an orientation session. You’ll get an overview of programs and an opportunity to learn more about the ways to benefit from Wellness House.

We offer access to a variety of in-person and virtual classes that can help you heal. Offered at no cost, and as a complement to medical treatment, our programs educate, support, and empower you to improve your physical and emotional well-being.

Choose from a variety of on-demand sessions across all program categories available whenever, and wherever you are. Online videos are added regularly in order to meet your wellness needs, while remaining flexible with your schedule.
