Step beyond the conference and into an evening designed to experience supportive oncology through the lens of connection, presence, and care.

On Sunday during ASCO, oncologists and oncology leaders are invited to join Wellness House at The Exchange for an off-site networking dinner centered on conversation, thoughtful hospitality, and curated experiential moments drawn directly from Wellness House programs. Throughout the evening, guests are welcome to mingle freely, enjoy a catered menu and open bar, and engage in optional offerings woven naturally into the space.

These offerings may include chair massage, guided relaxation, restorative movement, and creative reflection. Together, they represent the psychosocial and supportive oncology services Wellness House provides to patients and families, offering clinicians the opportunity to personally experience the same approaches that support patients beyond treatment.

The evening is intentionally unstructured. Guests are invited to arrive and depart at their convenience between 6:30 and 8:30 pm, allowing time to connect with colleagues, experience the offerings, and enjoy the evening at their own pace.
