The Courtyard Store Manager
Payton serves as the Store Manager of The Courtyard, where she oversees day-to-day retail operations, including employee and volunteer management, inventory control, policy development, and building strong relationships with consignors, customers, and staff. She joined the team in 2025, bringing a background in Retail Management, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising with minors in Marketing and Management from Dominican University. Payton’s commitment to Wellness House’s mission drives her to manage The Courtyard with efficiency and passion. In her free time, she enjoys exploring holistic nutrition, discovering unique coffee shops, hiking, and playing volleyball. She is grateful to work alongside a dedicated team that shares her passion for supporting others.
