    What have you learned from Ladder to Leadership?

    Wellness House’s Tracy Lester stepped on the first rung to the Community Memorial Foundation’s Ladder to Leadership program nearly two years ago.  After a lengthy application process that resulted in 16 months of work in the program, Lester and 15 other local leaders will graduate from the program June 18.
