Senior Oncology Support Counselor
In his role as Senior Oncology Support Counselor, Michael facilitates several regular support groups for individuals and their families who are currently living with cancer, as well as for people who have lost a loved one to cancer. Michael has been a member of the Wellness House team for over 25 years, first from 1993 through 1995, and now since 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago, and a Doctorate degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. He is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a member of the American Psychosocial Oncology Society. Michael takes deep pleasure in the privilege of getting to know and work with so many people during their time with cancer. His interests include people and reading.
