Child and Family Program Manager
In her role as the Child and Family Program Manager, Beth is responsible for overseeing counseling, programming, and support for the youngest participants at Wellness House and their families. Beth joined the Wellness House team in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago and Master of Social Work degree from University of Illinois-Chicago. Beth has been a pediatric social worker for 25 years and has worked the last 14 of those in the field of pediatric oncology. In addition to her work at Wellness House, Beth is a member of the Association of Pediatric Oncology Social Workers, where she currently holds a position on the Board of Directors. Beth considers it a privilege to walk alongside the children and families whose lives are impacted by cancer, and is grateful for places like Wellness House, where support and care are available to the entire family. In her free time, Beth enjoys working out, reading, baking, and spending time with her family.
