A Welcome to Wellness House Orientation offers a guided introduction to Wellness House, including a tour, an overview of our program areas and time to meet staff and ask questions. A Wellness House Showcase Event lets you experience several programs through brief mini sessions, so you can get a feel for the support available and discover what may be most helpful to you. Both are free, welcoming ways to learn more and get started.

Not sure which Wellness House programs may be right for you? Our free Showcase Events offer a welcoming, introduction to several kinds of support. Meet our experts, try brief mini sessions in areas such as exercise, stress management, and nutrition, and learn about counseling and groups for people affected by cancer and their loved ones.

Research shows psychosocial care can be used effectively to control symptoms, reduce pain, reduce side effects of treatment and improve quality of life.  All programs at Wellness House are evidence-based and complementary to medical treatment. We’re here to help you get stronger and feel better.
