Taste of Wellness Nutrition Fair

    Join us for the Taste of Wellness House Nutrition Fair, a day filled with local vendors, cooking demonstrations, and hands-on culinary workshops—all designed to support a whole food, plant-based, cancer-fighting lifestyle. Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in four out of six engaging sessions, each focused on building your confidence in the kitchen through practical skills, helpful information, and delicious, nourishing recipes. The Nutrition Fair is free to attend; registration is required.

    Review the breakout session descriptions below. To register for any session(s), simply click the Mindbody Registration button next to the one(s) you’d like to attend. Each session runs for 45 minutes and will be offered at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m.

    Taste of Wellness House Nutrition Fair: Kids Cook
    (ages 5-14)

    Make it a fun day for the whole family!
    While parents and grandparents enjoy the main event, kids ages 5–14 can take part in a variety of engaging activities throughout the day.
