Exercise and Stress Management Coordinator
In her role as Exercise and Stress Management Coordinator, Angie administers fitness assessments and consultations, develops personalized exercise programs, and leads various exercise classes. Angie is also responsible for organizing and preparing for Exercise and Stress Management programs. She joined the Wellness House team in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from North Central College. Angie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and loves making people smile. In her free time, Angie enjoys going for a run, working out, listening to music, soaking up the sunshine, and spending time with her family & friends
