Mind Body Fest

Saturday, September 7, 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Registration Required

Join us for a fun indoor/outdoor fest for people affected by cancer.
This is your day to stress-less and enjoy a few hours of music and zen.
This event is for those that are diagnosed, loved ones and caregivers.

Experience mini-sessions designed to reduce stress, increase relaxation and improve your overall sense of well-being. Choose from a variety of Wellness House stress management programs and learn techniques to add to your self-care tool box.

Registration Instructions
All participants will need to register for the main event in addition to any program activities that require pre-registration. We encourage participants to register for 3-5 programs throughout the day, keeping in mind there will also be programs that welcome drop-ins!
