Instructor-led exercises for people experiencing cancer related physical
difficulties with a focus on reducing cancer related side effects, including fatigue, nausea, muscle wasting, as well as improving activities of daily living, endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. Most exercises are
completed standing with optional chair modifications. Hand weights and exercise bands will be provided for use during class. To register, call Anna Blazevic at 630.654.5355 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
A Physician’s Medical Release and Health History are required for all exercise participants.
