This hands on learning experience is designed to boost your confidence and experience in the kitchen. During this class, you will meal prep, package and take home the food you make to enjoy throughout the week. Freezer friendly containers will be provided. Recipes may contain common food allergies. Space is limited to 10.
If a waitlist occurs, the roster will be prioritized to diagnosed individuals and/or active caregivers.
