Mindfulness is a way of thinking and being in the present moment with the potential to reduce stress, balance emotion, and increase resiliency during difficult times. Join us for an introduction to mindfulness as it relates to the cancer journey. In this class, you will learn mindfulness techniques and strategies to help develop your own daily mindfulness practice.
