Empower yourself with easy-to-learn skills that turn every meal into a delicious dose of healthy nutrition. Each session focuses on a different aspect of scientifically sound basics of a cancer-fighting diet. Based on
the Cancer Project’s Book, “The Cancer Survivors Guide: Foods that Help you Fight Back.” Recipes may contain common food allergens.
