Join us for this three-week program designed to prepare cancer survivors and their caregivers for transition from active treatment to routine surveillance once they have entered remission. This program is open to cancer patients who have completed treatment and their caregivers. You are welcome to attend a single session, although attending all three sessions is strongly encouraged to receive the most benefit from this program. Each week, experts will discuss a variety of health and wellness topics, including techniques to help manage stress and ways you can practice self-care.
