Learn how exercise can help you thrive following breast cancer surgery. You may be surprised to discover that there should be NO physical limitations after breast surgery and you can expect to regain full mobility, control and stamina. Both educational and experiential, this 6-week series is designed for those who are newly diagnosed or who have recently completed surgery.
A current physician medical release and health history are required.
