Mind, Body and Soul Retreat: Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Join us for one hour of healing and therapeutic restorative yoga followed by 30 minutes of a Yoga Nidra meditation.  Yoga props are used to support the body allowing muscles to release chronic stress and deeply held tensions, while Yoga Nidra furthers relaxation, helps you set a resolve and prepares you for the day.  This practice is low impact and accessible for everyone.
