The Emotional Freedom Technique j(EFT), also called Tapping, is a simple, yet powerful tool for relieving mental, emotional, and physical discomfort or pain.  Based on the principles of both ancient acupressure and modern psychology, we tap on specific energy meridians while focusing on the negative thoughts or emotions, or on the physical sensations.  The EFT practice calms the nervous system, restoring the balance of energy in the body and rewiring the brain to respond in healthy ways.
