Core, Balance & Flexibility

Thursdays, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Staff Registration Required

Cardio warm-up followed by exercises that use core muscles to increase strength, endurance and balance.

A Physician’s Medical Release and Health History are required for all exercise participants.
