Balancing Act! Improve Your Balance and Help Prevent Falls

Chandra Jadhwani, Physical Therapist Steady now…stay balanced! This four-week balance series is designed to help keep you on your feet and prevent falls. In this one-hour workshop, you will learn how to use those “spare moments” to enhance your balance with activities that can be done almost anywhere. Chandra Jadhwani, Physical Therapist, will also share Bethfall prevention tips to help keep you safe at home.

A current physician medical release and health history are required.
