As an Oncology Support Counselor, Dana provides individual, family and group support for those impacted by cancer. She joined the Wellness House team in 2013 and is involved in both the Family Matters and Support and Networking program areas. Dana holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University, a Masters of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It is the sense of warmth and caring atmosphere that Dana enjoys sharing with participants at Wellness House to help them manage life during a stressful time and feel whole again. Outside of Wellness House, Dana enjoys reading, walking her dog, and watching sports with her family.
